Mr. YANG is the inventor of the pump system energy efficiency technology. He has dedicated himself to the research of motor system energy efficiency improving technology for more than 10 years and has founded and co-founded two energy production and distribution companies and one energy conservation services company. Mr. YANG has rich experiences in motor system application, energy management, business management and business start-up.

Dr. NG has written many academic papers and books and has over 10 years of experience in international project development and business management. In September 2009, Dr. NG left Cambridge University to join ENERGYWIN. As the General Manager, Dr. NG is responsible for the management of the company and is accountable for the overall operating performance of the management team.

As an expert in process automation and control system, Mr. YANG excels in control system programming and human-computer interface development. He has participated or led the R&D and commissioning of many process automation and control systems in various industries.
