- Comprehensive Assessment of the Project / Energy-saving Retrofit Design: Detailed calculation and life cycle analysis are conducted and engineering drawings are designed.
- Awarding of Equipment and Construction Contract through Public Bidding: The bid document is compiled and the contracts are awarded through public bidding.
- Installation Construction: Construction of the retrofitting project.
- Installation Supervision: Supervision of the installation process of the project.
- Measurement of Energy Savings: The energy-saving effect is measured and confirmed.
- Technical Training: Technical and skill training of relevant personnel of the client is provided.
