  2. Preliminary Assessment (walk through): A preliminary is conducted to ascertain the feasibility of the project; no need for complete information related to the project.
  3. Letter of Intent on the Energy-saving Project: The client and EnergyWin sign a letter of intent or memorandum of understanding on the energy-saving project.
  4. Project Financing: The capital for the project is secured.
  5. Obtaining Information related to the Project / Energy-saving Diagnosis and Assessment: Detailed information is collected and in-depth feasibility diagnosis and analysis are conducted.



  1. Project Contract: The client and EnergyWin sign a contract to define the scope of rights and obligations of both parties.
  2. Comprehensive Assessment of the Project / Energy-saving Retrofit Design: Detailed calculation and life cycle analysis are conducted and engineering drawings are designed.
  3. Awarding of Equipment and Construction Contract through Public Bidding: The bid document is compiled and the contracts are awarded through public bidding.
  4. Installation Construction: Construction of the retrofitting project.
  5. Installation Supervision: Supervision of the installation process of the project.
  6. Measurement of Energy Savings: The energy-saving effect is measured and confirmed.
  7. Technical Training: Technical and skill training of relevant personnel of the client is provided.
  8. Handover of Technical Materials: The technical materials and management software are handed over to the client.
  9. Operational Management: Operational Management of the Project.

  1. Handover of the Project: The project is handed over to the client upon inspection and acceptance of the project.
  2. Follow-up Services: To conduct CER development and system maintenance upon the client’s request.
