  1. The client provides funds for the project;
  2. ENERGYWIN provides whole-process services and guarantee the energy-saving effect of the project;
  3. The client pays ENERGYWIN fixed service fees at fixed intervals according to the provisions of the contract; †
  4. In case the promised amount of energy saved or energy-saving benefit is not achieved during the term of the contract, ENERGYWIN will compensate the client for the energy-saving benefits short of the guarantee according to the provisions of the contract;
  5. ENERGYWIN provides regular report on the amount of energy saved.

  1. ENERGYWIN and the client both provides funds for the project;
  2. ENERGYWIN provides whole-process services for the project;
  3. ENERGYWIN and the client share the energy-saving benefits on a quarterly or annual basis (the amount to be paid may be different each time) during the term of the contract according to the provisions of the contract;
  4. ENERGYWIN provides regular report on the amount of energy saved;
  5. The energy-saving benefits and the energy-saving project will belong to the client after the term of the contract matures.

  1. The client entrusts ENERGYWIN with the operational management and energy-saving retrofit of the client’s energy system. The client pays ENERGYWIN for the entrusted management according to the provisions of the contract;
  2. ENERGYWIN reduces the energy cost by improving the energy efficiency and owns all or a portion of the saved energy cost according to the provisions of the contract;
  3. ENERGYWIN’s economic benefit comes from the savings of the energy cost, while the client’s economic benefit comes from the reduction of energy cost (contracted amount).

  1. Carbon Emissions Audit Plan — To provide the client with integrated energy and carbon dioxide emissions audit, so that the client can systematically review its energy consumption and quantify its greenhouse gas emissions and explore opportunities in its energy consumption and management practice for energy efficiency improvement and energy savings.

  2. Energy Efficiency Research Plan — To conduct energy efficiency improvement research for the client’s energy-consuming systems according to the requirements of the clients.

  3. Extended Maintenance Plan — ENERGYWIN offers a special Extended Maintenance Plan to ensure the normal operation of the client’s energy-saving system after the contract matures. Upon payment of a maintenance fee, the client will enjoy the following services:
    1. Free check-up and assessment of the client’s system once a year;
    2. Free upgrading of the system (the system provided by ENERGYWIN);
    3. On-site checking and repair of the system provided by ENERGYWIN within 24 hours;
    4. Free replacement or repair of the system provided by ENERGYWIN.
